FIVE SERVICES
We provide five services in combination or as stand alone: innovation, research, pastorate, consultancy (& high-end coaching), and entrepreneurship. Our place of stay is The Hague but we are internationally only a call or flight away.
Our 3RModel® — which can handle just about anything — helps you find your values and make them operational in real life, while keeping them grounded in your core. Values are multi-layered, not just the so-called ‘values’ which are micro-values, but other kinds of values. Manfred Kets de Vries pointed to three meta-values of which Pleasure is one; every organizations needs pleasure as an aspect of its being.
YEAR TEXT
One of the longstanding simple innovation are the year texts of the worldwide Moravian church. Grafikal has made a calligrafic paintings or bookmarks of them for over more than 15 years. The one for 2026 is stunning. It is a text from Revelations: See, I make all things new (chapter 15, vers 21). Check them out in the Shop (they are in Dutch).
BOUNCE BACK
A special little booklet was made at the reopening of the world-famous Dutch Keukenhof, a grand garden with millions of flowers and more than a million visitors every year. Bounce Back, inspired by spring and all the flowers breaking through the grounds with all vigor. Also in our shop.
