Rev is short for ‘reverend’, a title for pastors. Without a dot rev just means to rev-up your engine. Some see pastors and theologians as ‘hot’-air; others as inspired speakers.
You make up your mind.
Rens is the short version of my first name.
So I carry the name RevRens® to inspire.

Values

What few people know and understand is that there are different variety and levels of values: master, meta and micro; all-encompassing and interactive. Personal, group and corporate are known. But what are they really?
The 3RModel®
It is a circular model, developed for over 20 years.
It helps you define, sort and think about what is essential, important, helpful and so forth. It is a complete model, interactive and very versatile.
Its three main moves are:
1-Research : state what your are doing.
2-Reflect: think about what you are doing.
3-Reignite: decide what to do next.
There is a general model, which can be applied to any and all situations.
